Product Returns

• Products that have been customized, personalized, or tailored specifically to your requirements are not eligible for returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Defects

• If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we offer a replacement of the product at no additional cost.
• Please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the defective item to initiate the replacement process.
• We may require photographic evidence of the defect for assessment.

Order Cancellation

• You have the option to cancel an order placed with Mint Crockery (Powered by MAHALAXMI HIGH TENSION INSULATORS PVT. LTD.) within the same working day the order was placed.
• Please contact us via call immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

• Refunds for eligible returns will be issued using the original payment method once the returned item is received, inspected, and its condition is confirmed to meet our return policy criteria.
• Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exceptions

• Items purchased during clearance or sale events may not be eligible for return or refund unless a manufacturing defect is present.
• Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
